Dawn joined Coakley Brothers & Brothers Business Interiors in June 2017 as the Human Resource Manager. She is a graduate from Concordia University with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and Business Management. She obtained her Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership & Administration from Concordia University in 2018. Her prior work experience was with multiple industries including retail, construction, manufacturing, automotive, and professional services.
She has a broad business experience handling Office Management, Accounting, and Human Resource functions for these organizations. Her responsibilities at Coakley Brothers Company include benefit administration, compensation, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Dawn maintains her SHRM-CP (Society of Human Resource Management-Certified Professional) certification.
