Amy Kopplin oversees the interior design, procurement, project management and account delivery teams. Her focus is to assure a positive customer experience for all clients utilizing Coakley Brothers and Brothers Interiors services. Her primary focus is the management of workflow and workloads to achieve optimal performance both internally, and for all of our clients.
Since her start with the company in 2013, Amy brings a unique perspective to the customer experience having worked closely with clients as a designer on projects, but also as lead of the design department for 6 years. She brings great understanding of seamless project management from procurement of goods all the way through to final walkthroughs.
With a focus on internal development, Amy rotates her staff from project to project to assure that they all become multi-faceted, just like the company’s client base. This helps each team excel at providing creative solutions results for their customers.
